淀粉基抗静电剂的制备及其在HDPE中的抗静电和力学性能 被引量:3

摘要 文章以淀粉为重要原料制备了1种抗静电剂。将其添加在HDPE材料中,研究其在HDPE材料中的抗静电作用。结果表明:当抗静电剂质量分数超过1%,该HDPE复合材料的抗静电性能在1个月后优良;该复合材料的抗静电耐擦拭性能优良;该抗静电剂对HDPE材料的力学性能影响不大。 The starch as an important raw material was used to prepare an antistatic agent. The antistatic agent was added to HDPE,and the antistatic effect of the antistatic agent on the HDPE was researched. It was found that the antistatic property of the antistatic HDPE composite was good after a month when the content of antistatic agent exceeded 1% ,the antistatic and wipe resistance properties of the composite were excellent, and the effect of antistatic agent on the mechanical property of HDPE was not obvious.
