摘要
考察了1种多功能稀土无铅热稳定剂(WWP)用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)门窗型材时,热稳定效果及对PVC加工性能的影响。结果表明:该热稳定剂具有优异的初期、长期耐热稳定性,加工性能与复合铅相似,有较宽的加工温度范围。此外,该系列热稳定剂实现了无铅、无镉,甚至可无锌化,较好地克服了传统钙锌热稳定剂体系中的"锌烧"问题。
The performances of a muti-functional,lead-free rare-earth thermal stabilizer,which named WWP,as a thermal stabilizer using in the preparation of polyvinylchloride (PVC) windows profiles had been compareatively investigated with traditional Ca/Zn stabilizer or plumbum salts compounds stabilizer. The thermal stability testing results showed that the WWP had both excellent initial- and long-term thermal stability. The processing testing results showed that WWP had a comparable effectiveness with the plumbum salts compounds stabilizer and the utilizing of WWP may significantly widen the temperature range of the profiles processing. The WWP was a new kind of environmentally friendly thermal stabilizer without containing lead salt, cadmium salt, even zinc salt ,the "zinc burred" effect of traditional Ca/Zn stabilier system was overcame
