摘要
采用CO2和乙醇作为复合发泡剂,运用DOE(实验设计)方法研究了发泡温度和发泡压力对PS发泡制品性能的影响,包括发泡剂在PS中的吸附量、发泡制品的表观密度、泡孔直径和泡孔密度。根据DOE结果确定了实验区间内的最佳工艺条件。
Using supercritical carbon dioxide and ethanol as a mixed blowing agent, the influence of foaming temperature and pressure on the performance of the polystyrene foams was analyzed by DOE ( experimental design) method, including the adsorption of agent in PS, apparent density,cell diameter and cell density of PS foam product. According to the experimental of DOE results, the optimum technological conditions was determined within the existing experimental interval.
