摘要
通过对各类项目的长期调查研究,给出了包括项目质量、范围、成本和时间在内的项目四个"硬"要素的科学配置关系和分步集成方法的研究结果。这四个项目要素的科学配置关系是在项目资源约束下的四要素间客观匹配关系的描述,而它又具有各种不同的要素目标优先序列。作为实现这四要素科学配置关系的途径和手段,基于配置关系与集成的关系,提出了项目四要素两两分步集成的基本方法和技术,为项目集成管理提供了借鉴。
Based on the results from long-term survey and research about kinds of projects, the scientific configu- ration relation and 'step by step' integration method about four hard factors of the project--quality, cost, time and scope were stated. The scientific configuration relation on these factors is the description of the objective relation, which based on specific resource constraints and with different objective priority sequences. As the process and ap- proach to achieve this configuration relation, basic method and technique of 'step by step' integration are stated based on the relation between integration and configuration relation, which can be the reference to project integra- tion management.
