摘要
南京市自来水总公司采用独立计量分区(DMA)进行漏损控制,提出了检、修一体化漏损控制策略,制定和完善了漏损控制流程,并出台了配套的激励机制和措施,最终实现了降低产销差的目的。通过对100个DMA区域积极主动的查漏,共检测出漏点483处,节水量达到了960m3/h,使产销差降低了1.92%、DMA的平均漏失率下降了27.4%。
The integrated leakage detection and repair strategy for the leakage control using district metered area (DMA) was proposed. The DMA leakage control processes were developed and perfected, the supporting incentives and measures were taken, and the purpose to reduce the non-revenue water (NRW) was achived. 483 leakage points were detected in 100 DMAs, water saving volume was 960 m^3/h, NRW was reduced by 1.92%, and the average loss rate of DMA was decreased by 27.4%.
