活性污泥颗粒化技术的试验研究

摘要 在SBR反应器中加入网板,利用网板改善流动环境和凝聚条件,促成好氧颗粒污泥的稳定形成。通过观察加设和不加设网板的SBR反应器中活性污泥的颗粒化过程,发现经过90 d左右的培养,加设和不加设网板的SBR反应器中均形成成熟、稳定的好氧颗粒污泥。其中,加设网板的SBR反应器中MLSS值为5 900 mg/L、SV为10%、SVI值为16.95~17.03 mL/g、平均沉降速率为41.2 m/h、粒径集中分布在2.0 mm左右,占污泥总量的70%;不加设网板的SBR反应器中MLSS值为5 800 mg/L、SV为12%、SVI值为18.67~32.87 mL/g、平均沉降速率为31.56 m/h、粒径为1.0~2.0 mm,占污泥总量的25%。加设网板的SBR对COD、NH4+-N、TP的去除率最高可分别达到91.64%、87.17%和83%;未加网板的SBR对COD、NH4+-N、TP的去除率最高可分别达到83.2%、79.41%、70.68%。可知,加设网板的SBR中形成的好氧颗粒污泥的性能更好。 Adding the mesh screen in SBR may facilitate the stable formation of aerobic granular sludge by improving the flow environment and agglomeration condition. Observation on the activated sludge granulation process showed that mature and stable aerobic granular sludge could be formed in SBRs both with and without mesh screen after about 90 d of cultivation. Therein, for the aerobic granular sludge in SBR with mesh screen, MLSS was 5 900 mg/L, SV was 10% , SVI was 16.95 to 17.03 mL/g, the average settling rate was 41.2 m/h, and the grain size was mostly around 2.0 ram, which accounted for 70% of the total amount of sludge; for the aerobic granular sludge in SBR reactor without mesh screen, MLSS was 5 800 mg/L, SV was 12% , SVI was 18.67 to 32.87 mL/g, the average settling rate was 31.56 m/h, and the grain size was 1.0 to 2.0 ram, which accounted for 25% of the total amount of sludge. The maximum removal rates of COD, NH^+4-N and TP in the SBR with mesh screen were 91.64% , 87.17% and 83% respectively, and those in the SBR without mesh screen were 83.2% , 79.41% and 70.68% respectively.
