摘要
通过对脲醛树脂模塑料的流动性和成型时间的测定研究了脲醛树脂原料甲醛的酸度和醇度以及木浆纸类型对模塑料性能的影响,并对不同酸度醇度甲醛合成的脲醛树脂进行了示差扫描量热分析,对其相应的模塑料的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:当甲醛酸度为0.015%,醇度为2.5%时,脲醛模塑料的流动性最大且成型时间最短;纤维长度短的木浆纸适于生产大号流动性大的模塑料。
The effect of acidity and alcohol degree of formaldehyde and types of wood pulp paper , raw materials of urea - formaldehyde resin on the properties of amino moulding plastic were investigated by the testings of flowabifity and molding time of amino moulding plastic. The urea - formaldehyde resins with different acidity and alcohol de- gree were analyzed by DSC. The mechanical properties of their molding plastic were tested. The result showed that the flowability was the maximum and and molding time was the fastest of the amino moulding plastic with formalde- hyde acidity 0. 015% and alcohol degree 2.5%. The short fiber was suitable to make large molding plastic with strong flowability.
