摘要
使用纳米SiO2粉体与丙烯酸酯单体通过细乳液聚合制备出丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2复合乳液。采用红外光谱法(FT-IR),透射电子显微镜(TEM),拉力试验机以及热分析仪等对复合乳液及其胶膜的结构、形貌、耐热性及力学性能进行了表征。研究了纳米SiO2的用量对复合乳液及其胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2复合乳液粒子具有核壳结构;纳米SiO2粒子的加入,提高了乳胶膜的热稳定性和力学性能;当SiO2用量为5%(质量分数)时,胶膜的透光性能较好。
The acrylate/nano-SiO2 composite emulsion was prepared through miniemulsion polymeriza- tion of nanosilica powder with acrylate monomers. The structure, morphology, thermal and mechani- cal properties of composite emulsion and films were characterized by FT-IR,TEM, tensile testing ma- chine and thermal analyzer. The influence of the amount of nanosilica on the properties of composite emulsion and films was studied. The results show that the composite emulsion particle shows coreshell structure. Thermal stability and mechanical property of films are greatly improved by adding nanosilica particles. The films have good transparency when nanosilica mass fraction is 5 %.
