The Strategy for test paper composition is very important in the item bank system. Composing test paper with the table of detailed catalogue could reduce the subjectivity and arbitrariness. It also could optimize the construction of the test paper. Automatic generating the table of detailed catalogue, and then composing the test paper is the core thinking of the two steps strategy for test paper composition.
