摘要
教学工作业绩考核指标和考核办法的平衡性、科学性与规范性,是高校教师教学工作业绩考核面临的难点,尤其是针对既承担临床医疗(或科学研究)工作同时又承担教学工作的"双师型"教师。文章以温州医学院眼视光学院教师教学工作业绩考核实施情况为例,探索如何进一步完善考核工作的途径。
The balance, scientificalness and standard of university teaching asessment index and method are faced with more digicuhies, especially to "double type" teachers, who not only have clinical medical work but also have teaching work. This paper, taking the optometry and ophthalmology school of Wenzhou Medical College' s teaching assessment implementation as an example, explores the way about how to improve the assessment.
