摘要
临床医学教育工作者的培养机制对进一步提升医院临床科研和教学水平,提高医学毕业生质量具有一定的现实意义。文章主要介绍浙江大学医学院附属第二医院通过建立法制教育和思想道德教育、准入制度、业务研修制度、教学分配制度、科学考核和反馈评估制度以及精神和物质相结合的教学激励制度,凝练教学文化,不断完善临床医学教育工作者的培养机制。
Clinical medical educators training system is inportant in enhancing the quality of clinical research and teaching to improve the ability of medical graduates. This paper mainly introduces clinical medical educators training system of Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Zhejiang University, incleding the legal and moral education system, entry standard system, professional training system, teaching task assignment system, assessment and feedback evaluation system, spiritual and material combination in teaching incentive system, and concise teaching culture.
