模拟法庭是现代法学教育的一种重要方式和手段,在我国已经被越来越多的法学院系所使用。但是,模拟法庭在医学高等院校法学教育中没有得到应有的重视。笔者在文章中论述医学高等院校开展模拟法庭的重要意义以及在实践过程中存在的问题,旨在促进医学高等院校对模拟法庭教学的重视和认可。

Moot court is one of the important ways and means in modem law education. It has been used by more and more law departments in universities in China. However, the practice of moot court fails to receive due attention in medical colleges in China. This article discusses the significance of the practice of moot court in medical colleges as well as problems in the practice. It aims to promote the attention and recognition of teaching and practice of moot court in medical universities in China.
