摘要
目的:探讨以问题为导向的案例教学法在医用组织胚胎学中应用。方法:随机选取2010级临床医学本科(五年制)两个大班为实验组,另两个大班为对照组,实验组应用以问题为导向的案例教学法,对照组应用传统教学法,两组实验数据用统计学处理。结果:实验组满意度和及格率分别是90.29%和95.15%,对照组满意度和及格率分别是87.00%和86.00%,实验组满意度和及格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:以问题为导向的案例教学法在医用组织胚胎学中应用教学良好。
Objective: To explore the application of problem-otiented case method in medical histology and embryology. Methods: 2010 two large classes (5-year program) were randordy seleted as the experimental group, the other two large classes were for the control group. Experimental group received problem-oriented case method and the control group received traditional teaching methods. Two experimental data were statistically analyzed. Results: In the experimental group the satisfaction and the passing rate were 90.29% and 95.15%. In the control group the satisfaction and pass rates were 87.00% and 86.00%. Experimental group's satisfaction and the passing rate were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The problem-oriented case method teaching in the medical application of histology and embryology is good.
