摘要
选取在哈医大二院普外科接受住院医师培训的一年级实习生10名,开展Mini-CEX培训。培训分两个阶段,分别进行所需要的五项测试。结果在第二阶段的成绩明显高于第一阶段,二者相比差距有显著性,培训具有明显效果。开展Mini-CEX可显著提高住院医师的临床能力。
10 first-grade general surgery residents in Second Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University were trained with Mini- CEX. Training was divided into two stages, containing five tests separately, the scores of second phase were significantly higher than that of the first stage in all five tests. Training with Mini-CEX can significantly improve the residents＇ clinical competence.
