摘要
金融消费者是一个特殊群体,是金融市场快速、健康发展的保障。由于我国金融业出现的时间较短,各种制度还不完善,金融消费者权益遭受侵害的情况屡屡发生,充分合理的保护金融消费者的权益成为当前亟待解决的问题。当相关的法律体系和专门的权益保护机构在短期内不能建立时,通过特殊的诉讼制度作为临时措施,完成金融消费者权益保护的任务,也是一个非常不错的选择。
