摘要
波控技术为基本指导思想,应用微机技术,设计了数字化CO2弧焊逆变电源软件系统并进行了实验验证。设计时采用模块化设计理念,应用中断和查询服务技术,不仅能根据检测信号准确实时地输出电流波形,而且能够实时调整波形参数。实验结果表明设计的熔滴过渡自适应控制程序能够准确地检测到短路状态信息,实施各阶段的波控方案。对设计的系统进行了大量的焊接工艺实验,取得了较好的效果,短路过渡频率较稳定,飞溅较小,焊缝成形较好。
Design & experiment on the software system of the digital power source, based on the microcomputer and waveform control technology for CO2 short circuiting transfer, had been researched in this paper. For programming, using the modularizing design concept, interrupt and query service was adopted to the program which can not only export the current waveform in time and at real time, but also adjusting the waveform parameter at real time ac- cording to the detecting signal. Through lots of experiments we found that the program, with self- adaptive fuzzy control of droplet transfer, could detect short - circuit information exactly and bring the waveform control into effect. The welding process experiments result showed that the short - circuit transfer was stable and with low - spatter, and the weld bead was smooth and well shaped.
