摘要
对所设计的电动调高板坯夹钳进行受力分析,用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立了钳臂的三维实体模型,用ANSYS软件建立其有限元分析模型,进行加载和约束,得出钳臂的最大应力及其位置,在设计阶段验证了其设计结构满足强度要求。
The force of electric adjustable machine clamping steel plate is analyzed. The solid model of clamping arm is constructed by SolidWorks. The finite element analyzing mode/ is constructed by using ANSYS. Maximum stress is obtained. It is tested that its structural strength is met during design period.
