摘要
品牌是以产品、质量、服务为核心的系统工程,中国企业的性质以中小企业居多,直接利益的驱动和对品牌的理解偏差对品牌的科学管理造成了很大冲击,近些年来品牌管理日益受到重视。因此,如何打造品牌管理,已经成为中国企业发展的主题。文章对成功跨国企业品牌管理战略进行分析,总结了品牌管理战略为中国企业带来的几点启示。
