对大学生进行"对话式"的思想政治教育,是坚持"以人为本"指导思想的必然要求,是增强思想政治教育实效性的重大举措,是激发学生创造力的重要途径。为完善大学生思想政治教育的方法体系,应在把握"对话式"教育的基本理念和运用艺术的基础上,结合思想政治教育的具体特点,来运用对话的艺术,具体应从充分的准备、引人的开端、平等的态度、透彻的说理、灵活的应变和圆满的结尾等方面着手。

To improve college students＇ ideological and political education method system, we should be on the basis of grasping ＂dialogue type＂ education＇basic idea and the use of arts, combined with the specific characteristics of the ideological and political education, to use the art of conversation. We should be to do the following six specific aspects ： suftieient preparation, attractive beginning, equal attitude, thorough argue, flexible strain and satisfactory ending.
