摘要 芽孢杆菌是一类革兰氏阳性菌,对多种植物的病原菌有拮抗作用,其生长迅速、抗逆性强、对环境友好,是国内外应用最广泛的生防菌之一。本文综述了目前国内外利用芽孢杆菌进行植物真菌病害防治的主要进展、防病机制及其应用情况,并对当前研究与应用中存在的问题进行了探讨。 Bacillus is a genus of gram-positive bacteria, which not only have antagonist function for a variety of plant pathogens, but also shown merits such as rapidly growing, strong stress resistance and environment friendly. It is one of the most widely applied biocontrol agents at home and abroad. This article provided an overview of research progress, mechanism to control disease and application of control plant fungal diseases by Bacillus antagonists at home and abroad in recent years. The problems in current research and application were also been discussed.
