摘要
目的探讨参与式培训对提高护理专业学生(护生)糖尿病足病防护知识的效果。方法将2010年9月—2011年5月在内分泌科病房进行临床实习的护生20名设为观察组,观察组护生进行参与式培训。将2009年9月—2010年5月在内分泌科病房进行临床实习的护生18名设为对照组,对照组护生进行传统式的小讲课培训。结果参与式培训学习的观察组护生对糖尿病足病筛查熟练度、护生的学习热情、护生沟通能力和教学双方的满意度、患者的满意度较对照组都有提高(P<0.05)。结论参与式培训模式有利于提高护理专业学生的临床护理能力。
Objective To discuss the effect of participatory training on the improvement of diabetic foot prevention knowledge of nursing students. Methods In the study, 20 nursing students were included in observation group and received participatory training while 18 nursing students were involved in control group and received traditional training. Results All the teachers and students in observation group were more satisfied with the training effects (P〈0.05). Conclusion Participatory training is effective for improving nursing majors' clinical nursing ability.
