日本殖民时期大连城市发展状况初探

A Probe into Dalian City Development during Japanese Colonial Period

日俄战争之后,日本独占了在中国大连地区的利益,对大连暨"关东州"实施了有计划的殖民统治。日本殖民当局在沙俄所建"达里尼"(大连)的基础之上,对大连市重新进行了行政区划划分和城市规划建设,城市基础设施逐步完善,人口显著增加,经济亦有了长足的发展。这其中"满铁"起到了举足轻重的作用。应该看到,日本殖民时期的大连之所以得到迅速的发展,根本原因是与日本帝国主义掠夺为了中国东北地区的资源,倾销日本商品,以及旨在为侵略中国全境和发动大东亚战争等目的分不开的。

After the Russo-Japanese War,Japan monopolized benefits in the Dalian region of China and started its colonial rule as planned in Dalian that was named ＂Guangdong State＂at the time.Based on Дальний（Dalian） that was established by Tsarist Russia,the Japanese colonial authority adjusted administrative division and started up urban planning and construction in Dalian.The urban infrastructure was gradually improved,the population grew significantly,and the economy developed greatly.In all these progresses,the South Manchurian Railway Company played an important and positive role.However,we must see that Dalian’rapid development during Japanese colonial period was mainly because that Japan imperialism plundered the resources of the northeast China and dumped Japanese goods in order to invade the whole area of China and to launch the Greater East Asia War.
