The key to the popularization of Marxism is that the truth of Marxism highlights the masses. This inherently requires to keep pace with the times and to promote theoretical innovation. In reviewing and summarizing Marxism popularization practice during the New Democratic Revolution, it is found that theoretical innovation is not only the premise but also the effective carrier of the popularization of Marxism. Keeping pace with the times and the theoretical innovation are the basis of popularization of Marxism.
