摘要
基于CAE技术对某汽车检具底座的承载能力进行了分析,获得底座结构的最大变形量,并基于分析结果对底座各部分的承载能力进行了评估,对检具底座结构进行了减重优化设计。研究结果为检具底座结构的拓扑优化提供了相关依据,节约了产品材料,降低了研发成本。
Bearing capability analysis of one automotive fixture base was made using CAE technology and maximum deformation of the fixture base was obtained. Bearing capability of each part of the fixture base was evaluated based on the analysis results and an design optimization of the structure with weight reduction was achieved. The results provides the basis for topological optimization of the fixture base structure as well as saves materials and reduces development costs.
