可换型腔、可换型芯在塑料模中的应用

Application of replaceable cavity and core in plastic mould

对塑料模能否标准化设计、生产进行了研究,对模具结构中的型腔、型芯进行了改进设计,使其结构的标准化程度进一步提高。论述了可换型腔和可换型芯固定板在塑料模具设计制造中的重要性,分析了该技术在模具制造中的应用。结果表明,该技术能快速、高效、低成本地制造模具。

The standard design and production of plastic mould were researched and im- proved design of cavity and core in the structure further improved the standardization of the structure. Importance of fixedparts（mould base） and replaceable parts（cavity and core） in the design and manufacturing of plastic mould was introduced. At the same time, the appli- cation in mould manufacturing was analyzed. The result shows that this method can manu- facture mould in a fast, effective and low cost way.
