介绍了塑封模溢料的种类,分析了溢料缺陷产生的原因,并针对溢料总结提出了几种相应的纠正措施和解决方案。指出应从模具设计源头、材料选择、模具分型面高度差匹配、合模压力计算校核和支承柱排布位置等各方面系统优化解决,为稳定塑封产品质量提供保证。
The classification of overflow on plastic mould was introduced. With analyses of the reason for overflow defects, corresponding corrective measures and improvement plan were summarized. To ensuring the quality of package, a systematic optimization scheme related to the beginning of mould design, material selection, height difference matching for mould parting surface, mould clamping pressure calculation and checking, supporting column configuration and so on is necessary.
