摘要
利用MPI/Cool-Flow-Warp模块对汽车线注塑模冷却系统进行了模拟分析,对结果的对比选定了较优的设计方案,在较优方案的基础上开展了进一步的优化。通过模拟进行了验证,得到了最终优化的冷却系统方案。
MPI/Cool-Flow-Warp module was used to simulate cooling system for automotive wire groove injection mould. Better design scheme was obtained by comparing the results and further optimization was done based on the better design. Final optimization scheme was obtained through simulation.
