行政管理专业综合实践环节“化整为零”的探索与思考

Exploration and Consideration of "Piecemealization" of Comprehensive Practice for Administrative Management Major

行政管理专业综合实践环节是实现现代远程教育人才培养目标的重要途径和载体,是培养学生综合能力和全面素质的关键,也是打造电大质量品牌的有机组成。为了进一步深化集中实践环节的教学改革,本文对行政专业综合实践环节试点"化整为零"做法进行了总结,并对构建完善实践教学运行机制进行了深入的思考。实践表明只有以培养学生应用能力、实践能力、创新能力为核心,勇于改革和探索,构建完善的实践教学运行机制,才能保证人才的预期目标得以实现。

The comprehensive practice of administrative management major is an important way and carri- er to achieve the personnel training objectives of modern distance education. It cultivats students＂ comprehen- sive ability and overall quality, and builds the TVU quality brand. In order to further deepen the educational reform of practice teaching, the pilot ＂piecemealization＂ approach in administrative management major is sum- marized, and an in-depth thinking on building a sound practice teaching operating mechanism is made. Prac- tice shows that the target can only be achieved by training students＂ applying, practical and innovative ability, making reforms and explorations, building perfect practice teaching operating mechanism, in order to ensure personnel training ohiective.
