Study on the Risks and Countermeasures in the Development of Youth Self-organizational Networks in Colleges

在社会转型的关键期,青年群体出现了价值多元化、需求多样化、参与自主化的趋势。以QQ群、飞信好友、SNS好友、微博粉丝、聊天室、校园BBS等为主要形式的网络青年自组织在社会上大量出现,且跟者从众影响巨大。可以说,高校网络青年自组织的蓬勃发展已成为一个不容忽视的校园现象和社会现象。但是,随着网络青年自组织的深入发展,在网络青年自组织发展中所存在的组织、群体和个体风险越发成为其组织健康发展的桎梏,因此,对网络青年自组织发展风险研究有着重要现实意义。

In the critical period of social transforming, there is diversified values, demands and independ- ent participation in youth groups. Youth self-organizational networks such as QQ group, Fetion, SNS, mi- croblog, chating-room and BBS are emerging enormously , having lots of followers and deep influences. It can be said that the vigorous development of the networks of youth self-organization in colleges has become the striking phenomena in campus and community. However, with the in-depth development of the net- works, the organizational, group and individual risks have increasingly become the shackles for the healthy development of the networks. Therefore, it is of significance importance to study the risks and put forward countermeasures for the youth self-organizational networks＂ development in College.
