氨纶包芯纱主要性能的影响因素探析

Exploratory Analyses of the Influencing Factors on Main Performances of Spandex Core-spun Yarn

通过对不同氨纶丝纺成的氨纶包芯纱进行对比测试 ,得出不同的氨纶丝所纺的氨纶包芯纱其性能指标有所差异。评述了影响氨纶包芯纱弹性、强力及包覆效果等主要性能的因素 ,并对氨纶包芯纱试验时的初始张力和热定形工艺作了简单的介绍。

According to the comparative tests on spandex core\|spun yarn with different spandex filament,this paper obtained that,the performance target of spandex core\|spun yarn with different spandex filament has a certain difference.This paper appraised the factors affect about performances of spandex core\|spun yarn,and simply introduced the preliminary tension and the thermosetting processing of spandex corn\|spun yarn in the tests.
