摘要
以灵武长枣为材料,分离得到在贮藏过程中引起腐烂病害的主要病原真菌4株,采用形态学及rDNA-ITS序列分析法进行鉴定。结果表明,4株病原真菌分别为黑根霉(Rhizopus stolonifer)、皮落青霉(penicillium crustosum)、链格孢[Alternaria alternata(Fr.)Keissl]和粉红聚端孢[Trichoderma roseum(Pers.)Link]。
Zizphus jujubamill cv.lingwuchangzao was studied. Morphological identification and sequencing of rDNA region were assayed on four pathogenic fungus ,which was obtained from the decay Zizphus jujubamill cv. lingwuchangzao during storage. As a result, the four pathogenic fungus, respectively, are Rhizopus stolonifer, Penicillium sp., A lternaria alternata(Fr.) Keissl, Trichoderma roseum (Pers.) Link.
