摘要
建立了超声波提取样品,离子色谱法同时测定烟草中的七种无机阴离子的方法。系统的研究了超声波提取样品,RP前处理柱去除样品基体中共存组分对测定的干扰,淋洗液浓度,流速的最佳实验条件。该方法的检出限为0.002 0 mg/L^0.206 9 mg/L,相关系数为0.998 7~0.999 9,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.54%~13.01%,加标回收率为92.10%~107.18%,符合测试要求。实验表明该方法具有分析时间短,线性范围宽,灵敏和准确,简单和快速,试剂用量少等优点。
Ultrasonic extract a sample, ion chromatography method for the determination of tobacco in seven inorganic anion of the new method. System of the ultrasonic extract samples, RP-removal treatment before the sample matrix in the coexistence of the components of the interference, eluent concentration, flow rate the best experimental conditions. The detection limit of 0.002 0 mg/L-0.206 9 mg/L, a correlation coefficient of 0.998 7- 0.999 9, the relative standard deviation (RSD) for the 0.54 %-13.01%, plus the recovery of 92.10 %-107.18 % meet the test requirements. The improved method is sensitive ,accurate and simple with small amount of reagent, broad detection and short testing time.
