摘要
桑椹富含丰富的功能性物质,是我国传统的药食两用资源。我国的桑椹资源十分丰富,但由于其成熟期短,不宜保藏,对其的开发利用还处于初期阶段。本文从保健食品可申报的功能出发,简述了桑椹的药理作用,提出桑椹类保健食品可研发的产品类型及要解决的问题,希为以桑椹为原料研发保健食品和其进一步开发和综合利用提供理论参考。
Mulberry is a fruit that full of nutrition and medical care functions, has a long using history in China. But for its fast-go-bad character, it not used widely. This paper introduces the physiological functions of mulberry, present the problem and the type of products about mulberry-function food, hoped to promote the use of it.
