摘要 简述了食品中小企业经营管理的特点,食品行业中小企业既有能够"以专补缺"、机制灵活等特点,也存在科研、销售、人才培养方面的不足。针对这些特点以及不足,对食品行业中小企业的发展方向做了战略分析,提出了协作化经营、突出特色经营、推行技术创新等发展思路。 Briefly the small and medium-sized enterprise in food industry management characteristics, the food industry as small and medium-sized enterprises to fill a vacancy with specialty, mechanism flexible etc., there are also scientific research, sales, training insufficiency. In view of these characteristics and shortages of food industry the development direction of the small and medium-sized enterprises do the strategic analysis, and put forward the cooperation-operation, outstanding characteristic management, implementation of the technical innovation, development ideas.
