摘要
企业跨组织合作互动可从合作网络嵌合程度、组织间互动强度两个维度来反映.通过构建企业跨组织合作互动与企业合作创新绩效之间的关系模型,研究发现:合作网络嵌合程度通过未来期望、关系经验、适应能力、信任与沟通、技术匹配度5个因素影响企业合作创新绩效;组织间互动强度通过未来期望、适应能力和技术匹配度3个因素影响企业合作创新绩效.
The inter-organizational interactive collaboration and cooperation can be reflected from the two aspects, that is, the cooperation network chiming degree and the cross-organizational interactive intensity. Thus, the relation model between them and the cooperation and innovation performances are structured. It is found that the cooperation network chiming degree has an impact on the cooperation and innovation performances through future expectations, relation experiences, adaptability, trust, communication and technique matching. The cross-organizational intensity influences the cooperation and innovation performances through the future expectations, adaptability and technique matching.
