摘要
对两种环氧防护材料的应力松弛性能进行了研究,测试得到了-40~20℃范围内7个温度点的等温松弛曲线,结果显示,环氧防护材料具有明显的应力松弛现象,并与温度密切相关,经过增韧剂增韧的体系松弛现象更为明显,在20℃下的模量松弛率达到60%以上,材料的DMA温度扫描结果表明,增韧体系显著的松弛现象与增韧剂引起的次级转变有关。
The relaxation behaviors of two kind of epoxy protection materials are studied herein, and then the isothermal relaxa- tion curves of the materials at seven temperature points within a temperature range of - 40 - 20 ℃ are obtained. The results show that the epoxy resin materials have obvious phenomena of stress relaxation, which are closely related to the temperature, and more notable relaxation phenomena occur on the toughened epoxy resin system after toughening with toughening agent, i.e. the ratio of relaxed modulus reach over 60% under the temperature below 20℃. The result from the temperature scanning with DMA ( Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer) indicates that the significant relaxation phenomena of the toughened epoxy resin are related to the secondary transition caused by the toughening agent.
