摘要 介绍了某汽车变速器厂家在物流和装配生产线上应用RFID技术的案例。该生产线将RFID技术应用于零配件配送管理、装配管理、产品质量检测和产品返工返修等各个环节,以实现有效的生产管理和产品质量追溯。分析了系统的应用需求,完整介绍了系统实施方案,包括系统总体部署、软件功能和应用流程以及编码等。通过该系统的应用,该生产线的零部件混批装配问题降为零,零部件信息完全实现了可追溯,单个产品的装配信息和质量信息实现了快速准确的查询,工作效率得到了明显的提升。 This paper described a case of an automobile transmission factory production line application of RFID technology in logistics and assembly. The RFID technology was used in several links of the production line, such as parts distribution management, assembly management, product quality testing and product rework, in order to achieve efficient production management and product traceability. This paper analyzed the application requirements of the system, and introduced the system implementation plan, including system deployment, software features, application process, and coding. Through the application of the system, we solved the problem of mixed batch assembly, and the parts information is completely traceable, work efficiency has also been significantly improved.
