摘要
根据机床的机械特性和加工要求,进行伺服参数的优化调整,可更好地发挥数控机床控制系统的性能,提高机床的速度和精度。阐述了速度增益和速度环前馈系数的调整,以及CNC按进给速度差值进行加/减速控制时确定伺服参数的调整方法。
In order to use CNC machine tool control system performance better, improve the speed and precision of machine tools, machine tool needs optimization according to the mechanical properties and processing requirements of servo parameters. This paper expounded the velocity gain adjustment, speed loop feeding forward coefficient CNC, and according to the feed speeding difference of acceleration/deceleration control, determined servo parameter adjusting method.
