微纳米气浮处理造纸法烟草薄片废水试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 微纳米气泡独有的特性使其具有良好的气浮效果,将微纳米曝气和气浮工艺相结合,以壳聚糖为絮凝剂,可以明显降低烟草废水中的COD、SS、氨氮的浓度。将浓度为0.3%的壳聚糖冰醋酸溶液,按1.25%的比例分别投加到稀白水、浓白水和提取液中。经微纳米气浮后,稀白水的COD和SS的去除率为77.5%和33.5%;浓白水的COD、SS、氨氮去除率分别为67.0%、76.3%和79.7%;提取液的COD、SS、氨氮的去除率分别为51.1%、61.9%和69.6%。微纳米气浮后的稀白水和浓白水的COD、SS、氨氮浓度达到了生产回用标准。 Characteristics of micro and nano bubble unique make it has good floating effects. Taking chitosan as the flocculant, ,the combination of micro and nano aeration and flotation process can significantly reduce tobacco wastewater COD, SS,ammonia nitrogen concentration. According to the proportion of 1.25 %, the concentration of 0.3% chitosan glacial acetic acid solution was respectively added to dilute whitewater, strong whitewater was extracted by flotation treatment of micro and nano, the results showed that the dilute whitewater COD and SS removal efficiency were 77.5% and 33.5 %, the thick white water COD, SS, ammonia removal efficiency were 67.0%, 76.3%, 79.7% and the extract COD, SS and ammonia nitrogen removal rate were 51.1%, 61.9%, 69.6%. After micro nano air flotation process, the rare white water and thick white water COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen concentration reached the recycle production standards.
