车载斜机柜的焊接加工工艺研究

控制焊接变形的方法有很多种,若应用不当就得不到满意的效果。本文主要介绍了车载斜机柜焊接加工工艺的研究过程,通过对3种不同焊接加工方式的探讨和对比,找到了适合批量生产的控制焊接变形的方法。

There are many methods for controlling the welding deformation. However, the improper application can get bed resuits. In this paper, the study on the welding process of the vehicle oblique cabinet was presented. The controlling welding deformation method which is suitable for the batch production was given through comparing the different welding process.
