摘要 切削力测量系统对压电晶体传感器传输出来的电压信号进行采集,本文采用STC12L5608AD作为控制模块对信号进行采集、A/D转换以及无线模块发射与接收控制。根据采集的频率与开发环境,选择NRF24L01无线芯片作为无线模块,接收端将接收到的数字信号通过单片机传输给PC机,PC机借助VisualBasic软件平台以数字和动态曲线2种方式展现出来,在确定系统总体方案的基础上设计了系统的硬件电路。 Cutting force measurement system collects signals transferred by piezocrystal sensors, the paper took STC12L5608AD as control module for collecting signals, A/D conversion, and transmit and receiving control of wireless module. It also transferred received digital signals to PC through MCU, and PC shows that with two ways data and dynamic curved line through Visual Basic platform, on the basis of general plan, hardware circuit was designed.
