摘要
针对多芯铜线作为配线(信号机、转辙机、变压器箱等内部配线)在设备内部连接处的引线环制作问题,设计了用单根细铜线将多芯铜线缠绕后,再将缠绕后的多芯铜线卷成环状作为整体式导线接点引线环。该技术改变了原结构可靠性低、易折断的弊端,提高了铁路产品的安全性。为此设计了一种结构简单、成本低、缠绕均匀、省时省力的新型手动绕线机。
Wirings, made from multi-core copper wires (used as the internal wirings in Signaling machine, point machine and transformer, etc. ), have problems for making feed-through collar. Multi-core copper wires are bound by single slim copper wire, called as twisted wires. The twisted wires would he rolled into ring-type wire, and he used as the whole-type feed-through collar. This binding technology would improve its reliability, lower its breakage, and also increase the safety of railroad products. To realize the binding technology, a new manual winding machine was designed with simple structure, lower cost, even twisting and less working labor and time.
