摘要
针对目前国内外缓速器技术研究现状,提出一种能量回收式新型缓速器系统设计方案,对其控制系统主回路进行了设计,以TMS320LF2407A型DSP为核心,进行了DSP的外围电路设计,在硬件电路的基础上对DSP内部的软件编程进行了介绍。本文提出的这种新型汽车能量回收缓速器是一种收集耗散能量的新型发电方法及系统,该能量回收式缓速器可为未来的汽车制动系统发展提供借鉴。
This paper put forward a feasible method of retarder which could retrieve the energy when the vehicle is breaking based on the analysis of the technology about retarder at home and abroad. The major loop and the control circuit matched with it are designed and produced for the energy recovery retarder control system. Based on TMS320LF2407EA, the control circuit was composed of position detection circuit and the program was designed. On the basis of all that mentioned above, the new kind of retarder is quite important to retrieve the energy and improve the safety performance of vehicles.
