摘要
某航空产品零件使用2A12,状态为预拉伸自然时效,人工时效后屈服强度离散度大,同一炉热处理的零件中,有的比要求值高出40MPa,有的比要求值低70MPa。在同一零件相邻处取的2个试样的屈服强度相差也很大。试验分析及验证表明,材料各区域预拉伸冷作变形量的不均匀是产生以上问题的原因。
A certain aviatic product parts used 2A12 pre-tension. The yield strength is disperse great after artificial aging, some yield strength is more than requested 40 MPa, some less than requested 70 MPa in the same furnace's heat treatment environment. The differences between the some procured borders upon of the same parts were big. It is validated that the failure cause is that the asymmetry about the degree of pre-tension strain hardening.
