摘要
传动系统作为基质苗床育苗精量播种机的重要部分之一,其设计是实现播种机在不更换排种器的情况下对株距任意调节的关键。整机传动系统以交流(或直流)电动机为动力源,采用交流变频器(或变速控制器)调控电动机的转速。通过改变电动机上链轮齿数,来改变排种株距,达到播种要求。基质苗床育苗精量播种机传动系统的设计,使该机能完成各种高密度排种布种作业。
Transmission system as an important part of this machine, its design is to achieve the planter does not replace the seed metering device in adjusting any plant spacing. The whole machine drive system with AC (or DC) motor as power source, the AC frequency converter (or variable speed controller) controls the motor speed. Change the seed spacing in the rows by changing the teeth number on the sprocket in order to meet the planting requirements. The design of the sowing-machine' s transmission system is so great that the machine can com- plete a variety of high-density seed planting operations.
