摘要
基于北方干寒地区日光温室大棚自动化发展的需要,设计了以光电二极管与接触式导线开关为数据采集元件,以单片机为数据处理和控制平台,利用四个继电器控制电机状态的日光温室大棚自动卷帘控制系统。建立了装备的工作参数并进行了工作可靠性的验证。通过对三套系统的实验表明,该自动卷帘系统的数据采集元件平均精度为98.1%、系统整体的控制平均精度为97.3%。
Based on requirement of solar greenhouse automatic control system in northeast drought cold area of China. One kind of covered solar greenhouse automatic control system was designed. This kind of system used photo-diode and contact wire switch as information detecting element, MCU as data processing and control platform, and used the relay to control motor. The working parameters of the system were established and the covered solar greenhouse automatic control system was verified. By using the system, three-month in the farm was conducted. The results showed that the average measuring accuracy of pressure in "data acquisition" and "overall control" was 98.1% and 97.3%.
