摘要
过滤器是整个过滤系统的关键设备之一,随着过滤系统自动化程度的提高,对过滤器的自动化程度要求越来越高。针对目前全自动过滤器的缺陷,应用户要求,新乡市麒麟机械制造有限公司和新乡学院联合研制了水力驱动全自动过滤器,经用户运行效果良好,并于2011年7月通过了河南省科技成果鉴定。本文介绍了新研制过滤器的工作原理、结构和设计方法。该设计方法可以为自动过滤器设计研究提供借鉴和参考,全自动过过滤器的研究开发可以提高我国过滤系统的整体技术水平和自动化水平。
Filter is one of key equipment in filtering system. With the improvement of automation degree for filtering system, the demand on automated degree is higher and higher for filters. Aimed at defects in present automated filter, the new filter was developed to satisfy the cus- tomer demand by Xinxiang University and Xinxiang Kylin Machine C0.LTD. The running effect is good in industrial operation. And the filter passed the Henan science &technology identification in July. The paper introduced the working principle and structure of the new type filter, and the design method was gave combined in the paper. It provides the reference for and guidance for researching automatic filter.
