基于模糊神经网络单螺杆挤压膨化机的故障诊断

摘要 为了能够提高单螺杆挤压膨化机故障诊断的准确率,利用模糊神经网络对其进行故障诊断。首先,分析了单螺杆挤压膨化机的常见故障;接着,研究了模糊神经网络的基本结构,并且分析了相应的故障诊断算法和基本原理;最后,进行了单螺杆挤压膨化机的故障仿真分析,仿真结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断精度。 In order to improve the correctness of fault diagnosis of single screw extruding machine, the fuzzy neutral network was applied the fault diagnosis of it. Firstly, the common faults of single screw extruding machine was analyzed, and then the basic structure of fuzzy neutral network was studied, and the corresponding algorithm and basic theory were analyzed, and finally the fault diagnosis simulation of single screw extruding machine was carried out, and simulation results showed that this method had higher fault diagnosis precision.
