摘要
研究建筑业农民工群体突发事件发生原因与应对策略,从建筑业农民工的实际状况出发,对建筑业农民工突发事件产生的原因、解决的对策做出重点的研究。通过具体对策的研究,争取能够减少负面突发事件的产生,提高建筑业管理水准,保障建筑业农民工工作和生活的满意,并促进建筑业又快又好的发展。
This paper investigated the causes and measurement for migrant workers＇ massive accidents in construction industry. The workers actual situation is taken into consideration. Through specific measures, it can reduce the frequency for negative emergencies; increase the level of construction management, assure migrant workers in construction industry live and work in good condition, therefore promote the construction industry develop rapidly and soundly.
