基于粮食安全视角的商品粮基地综合开发的实现路径

On the Comprehensive Development of Commodity Grain Base Based on National Food Security

我国人口增长与耕地减少使国家粮食安全受到严重威胁,国家商品粮生产基地的综合开发势在必行。从国家商品粮基地的内涵及特征出发,阐述了商品粮基地综合开发的特征;以保证粮食安全视角,构架了商品粮基地综合开发思路;提出以粮食种植为先导、以循环农业为理念、以种养产业为龙头、以统筹规划为途径等四个方面商品粮基地综合开发的产业协调与优化策略。

The growth of China＇ s population and the drawdown of cultivated land threaten the national food security seriously. The compre-hensive development of commodity grain base （CGB） is imperative. Started from the content and features of commodity grain base, this pa- per discossed the characteristics of comprehensive development of CGB. From the view to ensure food security, the framework of comprehen- sive development of CGB is put forward. Some strategies of industry coordination development and optimization are offered, with the planting of commodity grain as precursor, circular agriculture in mind, planting and aquaculture industry as leader, overall planning as the way.
